The manufacturing involves winding resin-soaked continuous fibers onto a mandrel, followed by solidification, demolding, and forming. These rollers undergo specialized surface treatments including spray painting, galvanizing, Teflon spraying, rubber coating, chrome plating, ceramic spraying, or oxidation to ensure rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
