The working principle of suction couch roll is based on vacuum adsorption and pressure difference. When pulp passes through the vacuum roller, the vacuum chamber inside creates negative pressure, extracting moisture from the pulp. After adsorption onto the roller surface, the moisture content significantly decreases through subsequent pressing and drying processes, improving both drying efficiency and paper quality.
