The blind hole press roll features numerous holes drilled to specific depths on its surface, typically using two or three different depth sizes arranged in the same pattern. These holes, which do not connect to the atmosphere or vacuum system, are referred to as blind holes.

This pressing configuration, known as blind hole press, consists of rolls that are either rubber-coated or polyurethane-coated on an iron core. The rubberized surface contains blind holes measuring 2mm in diameter and 12-15mm in depth, with options for different depths arranged in alternating rows.
