The roller body is typically constructed from high-quality seamless steel pipe (custom materials available upon request). The inner hole undergoes boring and grinding to ensure uniform wall thickness, followed by welding, stress-relieving, turning, grinding, and finishing processes.
Static and dynamic balance calibration ensures finished roller coaxiality ≤0.02mm.
Various processing techniques are employed based on pattern requirements to achieve products with clear lines, exquisite patterns, rich layers, and precise dimensions.
Final surface treatment includes hard chromium plating or other methods, achieving hardness levels of HRC58-62.
