The chill roll is a water-cooled cylinder designed to efficiently dissipate heat from hot melt films during production processes.

These precision-engineered chill rollers are extensively used in master casting processes for biaxial oriented stretching lines (BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, BOPS, BOPI) and longitudinal stretching systems. They play a critical role in cooling and solidifying molten polymer into thin film, ensuring uniform thickness, flatness, and superior film quality.

Our chill rollers feature specialized inner circulation channels that enhance heat transfer efficiency and temperature control precision (±0.5ºC).
